Paborus is a group 3 winner!

Paborus won the Gr.3 on Northumberland plate day at Newcastle on Saturday, he won extremely impressively from a low draw which at newcastle isnt favoured as you would ideally like to be on the standsrail but he defied this and cruised up the outside making all. He had been off the track for a year and it was a brilliant team performance to get him back to his best, he has had a few niggly issues but he has proven what he is capbale of and we only have more to look forward to with him, he is very exciting to watch. Well done to his owners Wathnan Racing and all connections.

The horses have been running very well although a little frustrating with four seconds last week, hopefully they can turn this into the wins that we know they have in them but I suppose when the week has been sandwiched with a listed winner and a Gr.3 winner then we cant complain too much!

We have runners to look forward to this week and as we look ahead into the month of July we will look forward to seeing some more of the two-year-olds making their career debuts.
