(UNNAMED) BY DRAGON SYMBOL (GB)

PEDIGREE

This grey yearling colt is by Dragon Symbol who you may recall finished first past the post in Gr.1 Commonwealth Cup, whilst in addition finishing second in the Gr.1 July Cup (6f) and third in the Gr.1 Nunthorpe Stakes (5f). Those performances cemented him as the fastest 3yo colt of his generation with his first 2 year-olds now due to race in 2027.

This colt’s dam, Diva D, has already produced 3 winners from 3 runners of racing age up to date, whilst the second dam Say No Now (IRE) was listed placed on multiple occasions and has produced 3 winners from 7 runners.

Ed really likes this colt, being a lovely big strong horse who he anticipates will become both a nice early 2yo as well as a 3yo in the longer term. He has plenty of depth to him which Ed really loves, being a fine-looking horse with a good speedy pedigree. Ed thinks he has both great movement and athleticism and given those qualities and his breeding, would expect him to be a fast colt. Ed also likes the idea of Dragon Symbol as a stallion, having proved to be a very popular with breeders from the outset.
