Cavalier Approach Gets July Off To A Good Start
Cavalier Approach set the week and month off in the correct manner by winning extremely comfortably under a superb ride from Rossa Ryan at Pontefract to win yesterday afternoon (Monday 1st). It was absolutely brilliant to see him win for well, he led from start to finish and the drop back in trip really suited him as he wore blinkers which definitely sharped him up. His owner had a very successful weekend as Naepoint who is owned by the same owner also won his race at Doncaster on Saturday evening under Kevin Stott. It was fantastic to see both horses get their heads in front and in the space of 48hours!
We have a lot of runner this week with them running at all different meetings. Our runners for today are at Hamilton, we have James McHenry & Quantum Leap. We then looked forward to a busy weekend with runners at Beverly, Doncaster and Haydock on Friday. On Saturday we have runners at Beverley, Carlisle, Haydock and Sandown and Ayr on Sunday.
The horses are all in great form and are really thriving in their work routine. The older horses are training and running well with them looking forward to their mid-summer racing campaigns. The 2yo’s are really coming into themselves and some of them will be looking forward to their debut run of their career towards the end of this month. We will enjoy seeing them training over the next month in the lead up to their potential starts.
Good luck to all of our owners and all connections.
