With 7 potential runners over the next 5 days, it looks like a busy week for us here at Thorngill.
This afternoon Princess Peaches drops back in trip to run over 6f in the 3:00 race at Carlisle, the filly shows good speed at home, is well in herself and looks to improve on her 2nd last time out.
On Wednesday SS Vega looks to break her maiden at Ripon in the 8:30 race over 6f, with one race already under her belt this season we’re hopeful that she can improve on that and produce a big run.
To Thursday, and 3 possible runners. Mister Bob is due to run over 2m at Chelmsford (2:20), Airton is due to head down the road to Ripon over 1m4f (3:20) and that evening Fruit Salad heads to Leicester (7:30) over 6f. All 3 are fit and well and we hope, with a bit of luck, they can add to our tally for the season.
And finally on Friday we have 2 engaged to run at Redcar. On Fire tackles 1m2f in the handicap at 4:05 and then, in the next race (4:45) over 1m, Lady Canford looks to transfer some of the form she shows at home onto the racecourse.
